Default Issues with Nightfall key purchased online.

I purchased a key for Nightfall via the PlayNC web site for $49.99. I downloaded the client and initiated a game account using the key that was issued to me via email after my purchase. The email clearly states that I purchased a key for Nightfall. After entering said key to activate my account I cannot create a charactor in the Nightfall chapter. That chapter is greyed out and clicking on it brings me to a splash screen that informs me how to purchase Nightfall.

I contacted PlayNC support through their ask a question website, stated to them clearly what the issue was, provided them with copies of my email mentioned above, went back and forth with one of their reps, and their reply to me was :

Dear customer,

Thank you for contacting Guild Wars Support again.

I would like to inform you that as per our record you have successfully created game account with the access key.

However, if you are still facing the issue, please provide us the following information so that we may further investigate the issue.
- What is the first and last name you used when creating your PlayNC master account?
- What is the physical address you used when creating your PlayNC master account?
- What is the date of birth you used when creating your PlayNC master account?
- What is the 25-digit access key you registered to your PlayNC master account?
- What is the Unique ID you were sent via e-mail when you registered your access key to your PlayNC master account?
- What are the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase your access key online?

Thank you for your patience and assistance as we work to resolve this issue for you.

So I provide all this additional information to them and then nothing, no response, nothing. This was Friday, June 15, 2007.

Has anyone had any similiar experience and resolved it?

Does anyone have a support telephone number that I can use to contact these people to attempt to rectify this?

edited to add that when I create a charactor I can select Prophecies, I did not request or pay for this, I only bought Nightfall. This I also made sure the support rep was aware of.

Well, you did do it on a Friday so you'd have to wait over the weekend.
I would think they'd have replied by now, so I'd recommend you trying to update it yourself first.

I'll pm you the number they gave me when I was having problems with my account (if I can find it).
